Since becoming a line holder I have been scheduled for a minimum of 80 plus hours of flying per month.
For T2Pilot....... Minimums are 1000 TT. I do not know if SkyWest has gone below that ever. There is no ratio on interviewed people and job offers. Bring your A game and
Be Yourself. The people on the hiring panel do a great job and want to get to know you and ultimately ask themselves if they would want to spend four days with this applicant in a small shiny tube hurtling through the air depending on one another to get the job done.
