Completely, vehemently, but respectfully disagree. Senior should not get first pick 3 times at premium. At a minimum, SS 100% needs a leveling (and no, pickup limit is not a leveling most of the time). IA is supposed to be Junior, but has been hugely perverted, let’s return that to its original purpose.

The “A” in ALV is average. So except for a few edge cases,
most pilots would have a higher requirement if it was set at your original line value. I like the idea of bottom of LCW.
