That is the exact opposite of what the last NC email said. Now, in the interest of fairness, it's possible on the 7th that the company would give a quasi 'lbfo'. They wouldn't call it that of course, but negotiations after that are kaput. It wouldn't surprise me AT ALL if the company was throwing in last minute poison pills like the fuel thing. And my greater point would be they wouldn't be getting away with such tactics if the previous NCs had been doing their jobs.
It’s actually not the exact opposite. The last NC email was written a week + later. Look at the NC email that came out on a Sunday I believe. The Friday before that is what I’m talking about.
