Not sure why this crowd doesn’t get that ALV+15 is the limit for SSs. Senior folks that get multiple SS do so by dropping their schedule. Most drop their schedule by giving away nice trips on the swap board, benefiting junior pilots. There’s levels to this.
WS P/U limit is NOT a leveling mechanism. Senior dropped their trips before SS - that’s now new, or due to SS. They just credit surfed for single pay before. Now they get an absolute windfall.
Again, why is SS treated differently than ANY other premium pay?
Senior should get first pick. They should net get ALL the picks.
