You could easily see a mid seniority captain in MSP move to nearly any one of our bases and be top 10-20% in captain seniority. At that point you work 9 days a month, 530-1430 day trips, home before the kids, and pocket $400k/year without breaking a sweat.
just my two cents. But as a G4 pilot I am very worried about MSP captains looking at the seniority list and realizing how good they could have it in any of our warm weather bases.
have you or anyone else ever looked into mergers? The acquiring company pilot seniority list has always been the one who benefits the most.
