So you claim that it is 100% "their" fault that an ATL 320A/B has OOBWS for every other 320 base in the system...all with Auto [accept] on...and never, ever [acknowledging] or actively declining...just letting it sit there, tick, tick, tick, so that eventually the company has to halt the coverage process and make a 23.M.7 payment and go to QS?
No matter how many pilots we hire and train, and no matter how many more schedulers we recruit and train, as long the pilot masses can do this, trip coverage will be a mess.
For starters, put in base GS ahead of OOBWS and most of the issues are solved right there.
