all necessary contractual improvements at the time of the auto-accept exchange, or it’s a hard no. “IOU notes” for more improvements after a couple years are not a valid currency with this management team.
Richard Anderson’s Delta is not coming back under the current clowns in management, with or without a deal. They have all of the tools they need to make the operation run more efficiently under our present contract. They simply don’t know how to manage their resources effectively, and don’t want to continue to pay for the cost of coverage under our current contract.
