It's based on the last bid, not live data. Bidding behavior changes with every bid and with minimal captain positions currently it's no surprise that the outlook looks bleak. We obviously need planes and growth and for gas not to be double what is was 2 months ago for that to change.
right I know it’s last June bids data but I would reckon people wanting to upgrade last bid will want to upgrade this bid and we may have downgrades adding to the upgrade que
