I’m urging friends to go anywhere but here. The craziest part is the company and anyone in the training department when I’m at CQ will continue to preach explosive growth and how it’s such an incredible time to be here.
It even went as far our instructors asking us if we wanted to see the new 78 sim after I repeatedly said no “aren’t you excited? You’ll be flying heavies very soon?” Absolutely wild
I was seat subbing for a hiring round with no upgrades, 5 captains involuntarily downgraded on the last reduction bid, and an another reduction bid on the horizon:
“You should really check out the 787 sim” when I politely declined. “You were so lucky to get hired when you did.” I could only sit there dumbfounded.
