I wanted to ask what is the best way to get to Singapore. In best, I'm asking about the least expensive. I'm looking at a flt (United 895) that leaves ORD and stops in HKG then makes its way to SIN. Anyone know how the loads usually are or the busy days, etc? A friend of mine told me to get to Narita, and once there you can jumpseat around on the Northwest system, but I'm a little hesitant as I've never really traveled around that side of the pond using my privileges.
