What do you mean proffering reduction bid shenanigans?
It’s how the contract works. Vacancies are filled first. And for every LAX and SFO pilot that bids out, it fulfills one reduction requirement. Say there are 17 SFO CA reductions. But 20 bid out to SAN CA, that would mean no one in SFO CA has to be involuntarily reduced, AND, created 3 proffer new spots for SFO CA for anyone to bid in.
