Its loud, oily, dirty and has tons of character. We have ex military, Cathay Pacific, Eastern Airlines and other DC6s of various interesting backgrounds. Most of our planes are older than my father. For example one I was flying this week is 55 years old. The thing I enjoy most about the DC6 is flying to exciting places in Alaska.
