If we don't get rid of silver slips, we need to put serious guard rails on the company's ability to create/destroy them at will. The company is obviously designating trips as silver to reduce PCS "churn."

Once a trip is designated as silver, every single leg within that trip should pay out at 200% regardless of how it is broken up and awarded later.

But the easiest solution is to eliminate them entirely.
