10000% this. UA has premium sims. AA has paid what you can hold up to 320 CA for FO SLIs.

Pretty sure UA pay is at year 12 for whatever seat you can hold whether you’re in it or not. Our SLI have to upgrade on the line and get 500 hours (paraphrasing).
