Most junior to flow in the July 28, 2026 class had a March 29, 2021 start date.
Until PBS is “approved” base flow is 10 per month every month AA holds new pilot classes. The required flow is enhanced based on the following three items. The total attrition from PSA including to AA must be less than or equal to the amount of new hires in the month AND non flow attrition must be less than 10; Then flow is increased by 4. If total non AA attrition is 11-15 then flow is increased by 2. Also, PSA has 4 months to implement the flow, so they could hang on and accumulate up to 4 months total.
There was enhanced flow for Jan (4?) and Mar (2) but not Feb. April enhanced numbers should be revealed by the end of May.
