We will NEVER go back to the old way of GS going unlimited by seniority. And nor should we. It is absurd and unserious to pretend/propose otherwise.
What other contractual benefits should we "level"? Perhaps just one pay rate for a fleet instead of the 12 year progression? Or how about just being a to use your seniority for one of your vacation weeks? Or maybe just being able to use your seniority for one bid month a year? You get my point.
Leveling premium results is less money going to the pilot group. Most will be senior one day.
I realize that many pilots here think that they are entitled to everything day one but that's not how the industry works.
