Leveling premium results is less money going to the pilot group. Most will be senior one day.
I realize that many pilots here think that they are entitled to everything day one but that's not how the industry works.
How long have you been at Delta? How old were you when you were hired?
I’d like to change the contract language so that when you take extended leave, you come back with the same exact seniority number you left with instead of being rewarded with skipping ahead after providing zero support for your company or your coworkers.
