I'm not the one that called him a liar or castigated him earlier on in this thread. His love of self-promotion simply invites the criticism and I'm not surprised when people assume he's spinning some tall tales. That describes about half of all pilots in general. How do you get along with anyone at work?
CX’s stories are entertaining and often insightful — particularly his encounters with management. I’ve never met him either, but he’s a welcome change of pace around here.
Whoever threatened to report him to the FAA for “lacking moral character” is laughably vapid. At least research how 61.153(c) is actually interpreted first, followed by how rarely it’s
ever been applied — even against pilots with felonies.
