Just curious.. .When other airlines announce to their pilots an AIP, does it immediately include a bullet list of changes and improvements, or does that follow soon after? I’m not saying that email was stellar by ANY means, but we were notified of an agreement. Now they have to put it all together for us to vote on. Expecting it all at once is short sighted.
To my recollection, in over 20 years every AIP Announcement comes with a bulleted overview of the agreement. More detailed info is usually only posted to inside union websites. They fact we get no info and as far as I can currently tell neither side as put out a press release to the public which is a normal practice also.
