Hats are annoying for sure, but ties with short sleeves is one of the silliest fashion mandates of all time. How about either ties off, or someone make plastic inserts so our ties curl upward like Dilbert’s. Which, incidentally, is the only example other than airline pilots that actually wear ties with short sleeves in the first place.
