I like the ALPA swag and would appreciate a lanyard. We are just approaching the early deadline and I don't think we will see an official hats off until reaching the normal deadline. Failure of reaching an early TA is an indicator we will go long, but IIRC the hats off campaign didn't start until well past the deadline.
