It's always been that way at Delta. Historically we hired 90% ex-mil (conservative) until the 1990's. Every A I flew with as a new hire sounded like Rush Limbaugh.
Today those pilots are aging out and we are becoming a decidedly different demographic, so I'm surprised we don't see more ALPA swag about.
There are a lot... A LOT of younger/junior guys who believe in the Delta family Koolaid. I mean, the social media cheerleaders are only the most visual and public of this mentality. People like that like-farmer Kenny are all over the place.
