It’s honestly tough to know when management is telling the truth anymore. Pilots fly full flights and then management claims they don't make money. Full flights do not always equal profit but if they are full why not charge more?

Over the past 5 years jetblue has changed or exited 30% of cities compared to SWA,DAL, UAL and AA being less than 10%.

For reference Jetblue has a probability of exiting a city between 25-40% while Delta and United are less than 10%

This, boys and girls, is the epitome of bad management and route planning.
