I see now why they’re so careful on stating it’s just a partnership, no JV, no rev sharing, etc. to give the illusion of not violating scope. But this right here says otherwise. We had an operation there, trimmed it and now the same flight is bookable through our channels without our pilots flying it.
It will be interesting to learn the details of the Bluesky agreement should the union win its lawsuit.
