people went to fedex for higher pay, lower chance of furlough, and the opportunity to do different flying with foreign domiciles and charter stuff. All of those reasons in the current environment are no longer a thing as FedEx gets their payday finally the legacies all restart negotiations. Yes there’s still some different and cool flying with dh opportunities but good luck achieving any of that at a shrinking company that’s retiring as much as the legacies yet not hiring. Everything else postal foreign domiciles and possibly oak in the future has been stripped away by the great raj and little richard.
So they came to fedex because of the two smallest bases and the 3-4 charter flights a month? Still haven't furloughed. No one is suffering on pay even with the old contract. Does FedEx have it's issues, absolutely. Would i come here again, absolutely. That doesn't make me a cheerleader. It's looking at the playing field and the positives out way the negatives for some people. Other people rather fly for the pax carriers. You moved on IIRC. Why do you care about your ex so much?
