So, people saying there was going to be an explainer yesterday were wrong again (just a Q and A that explained nothing about the actual deal). Just like they have been with every other 'rumor' so far from your father’s brother’s nephew’s cousin’s former roommate. Why would the company NOT drag their feet another 6 months? What is the downside? The NMB and mediator won't even schedule meetings. They can stall until the Second Coming, and it wouldn't hurt them all being overstaffed an all. In fact they would benefit, more people leaving and less retention bonus payouts. Now, maybe a TA can be reached sooner rather than later if the lawyers blindly just signed on the dotted line, but is that something you want in a contract you will be stuck with for another 5 years? Assuming the NO's don't vote it down that is......
