I am relatively happy here, but it is for sure not perfect. My buddy is on the 75/76 at UAL in SFO. He has moved 2 spots in 4 years. Spirit is gone. JB is next. If you really need a meteoric movement through a company, by all means, go to Delta or United, but don't be surprised when they send WARN notices to 6,000 pilots if crap really hits the fan.

Go where you will be happy. Life is too short, and we spend too much time at our jobs, to be miserable while we do it.
