Ok, maybe understand what he's getting at here. It's not narcissism. Put another way, it would be nice if Alaska was at a point where if you had a CJO at Alaska and another of the big 4, and you decided to take the Alaska one, people thought "yeah that makes sense" rather than "what is wrong with you?". It's not about what they think, it's about why they think it. The career stagnation is bad enough, if that was offset by great work rules and an above average hourly it would be ok, but it's not.
