If you see my post history you can see that I have been advocating for many things that are good for our pilot group. You seem to confuse complaining and advocating. Saying that people say “what is wrong with you for going to Alaska” is not productive or useful. I advocate that everyone educates themselves the best they can on the current Hawaiian PWA and the current Alaska CBA. That way when we get a JCBA to vote on we can make an informed decision. If the JCBA is not up to standard then we will have clear and coherent reasoning why it isn’t. Complaining about how delta and united currently have it better and then voting based off Pay Rates only is not the way. Educate yourself on the contracts and use that education to advocate for what’s best for us. That’s what I have been doing.
