the only see past performance. The whole Swiss cheese analogy is applicable now. We are (in the moment) witnessing the holes line up. The number risks are becoming too great to be able to capture and contain them. Just because some hedge fund guy is bored enough to play with airplanes and when they looked back four years and noticed the ol’ DL looked better then….yeah that not too hard to figure out is it. But “past performance does not guarantee future results” I think is most applicable now.
