I got 23M7 but I should not have because it should have gone to someone else. I don't want to deal with clawback later. I also should be eligible for more this month but I am full now with less than the value of the trip that was sent out as a QS. I won't have the possibility of 23M7 or pick up for the rest of the month because of their mistake. What is the proper recourse? I can't get ahold of scheduling because we are in a continuous IROP and the robo message says don't bother us.
Id just send in a crew assist pay issue saying “I don’t believe correct pilot was paid 23m7 for this rotation.” Chances are they will come back with their standard it’s automated so it can’t be wrong BS. Print it, laminate it, shove it in their face if they try and take the money back. Or…the correct pilot gets paid and you get good karma that hopefully pays off down the road.
