I'll follow that rule, but it sure is hard to talk unionism without being political because unionism IS political. It's class politics and infused with the laws of the country. Impossible for anything to not be political when it is inherently class politics and has laws attached to it.
I get that. It's a fine line, but it's there. The distinction is
partisan politics, which only deeply divides and tribalizes -
especially in a mixed group - and nearly always makes other
relevant discussion impossible. APC does not exist to talk partisan politics, it exists to talk about flying and career issues. There will occasionally be a few grey area issues that are fair game, like unionism - but only to the extent it actually pertains to airline life.
