That way, the junior folks keep flying the panel, but now everyone gets paid for the seat the occupy. (Nugget program cancelled, pay stabilized, nobody getting top engineer pay anymore.)
Still no furloughs, still have a job, but a significant pay cut may be in the cards.
Oh yeah, I'm good. Now, Mr. Union, is there not some sort of "whatcha talkin' bout Willis" in that there is an excess bid to get rid of 50 727 SOs, then on the next bid you end up with an even bigger surplus than you started with?
