When you "sweat" an airline, airplanes crash and kill people. UPS does not care. Definitely no contract within the next 12 months, and the quality of the contract will make boomers happy and likely no one else. The current company and union are for boomers, by boomers. Don't expect any QOL improvements for those under the age of 55 until every last boomer has departed property and the leadership.
