I've heard of them looking at sick call and attendance history when hiring for LCAs, but I can't verify it. Just random line pilot rumors. HK probably knows a lot more.
Sick usage, chats with HR/CP's, social media posts ... all open game during the hiring process.
Nothing surprising here.
