Pinnacle also has a "Registered Travel Companion" option for those who are single and not married. A registered travel companion is given 16 one-way passes on NWA, Compass, Mesaba, or Pinnacle flights. Unlike the buddy passes, this person does NOT have to travel with you. They pay per mileage and the rate that has been established for that route. Registered travel companions can be changed once a year.

Also, under the current pilot contract, parents fly on Pinnacle flights for free. Other flights throughout the NWA system parents pay per leg - first class or world business class is a little extra.

There are no baggage fees (no $15/$25 charges).
