I'd say that 121 PIC time is the holy grail of logging time. It is more valuable because it is less common, more highly structured, and highly standardized. That it is normally turbine time goes without saying. 121 PIC in a glass cockpit jet would be most desirable because it is not as common as other types of PIC time.
91 jet PIC is good, but doesn't require as much standardization on average.
VLJ PIC would also lack crew coordination and CRM elements.
But a combination of previous crew experience, even if SIC only, in addition to VLJ PIC time will probably make you marketable.
