OK. This thinking borders on moronic. ALPA would get the same dues money, no matter who filled the seats. It just means that the same guys will keep paying dues rather than someone junior to them. And, as someone else pointed out...A larger percentage of the ND's were non-members, anyway. So ALPA is actually going to get less dues money, than if they had retired.
You really need to come up with a more reasonable reason for ALPA's change of thinking.
