You should have seen there face when I told them that they were complaining about making 100 thousand plus a year for in extra few years doesn't compare to the work that we do at the regionals for under $30 grand. I do not believe that the 65 age change would have passed congress if ALPA would not have supported it and majority of ALPA didn't want it.

But its ok...these are the same airlines that will be asking for financial help from the federal government because theyre losing money.
It just does not make sense to me in a business sense to speed a half million on one person for five years on a very small work schedule. Kind of like comparing pay rates on for Northwest DC9 versus a Compass E175.
If there it some 'big picture' that Im not seeing (besides those pesky lobbyists) someone say something...
