Actually, not quite. At AirNet, you are given the list of openings in training and in order of class seniority you can pick from the list. In some classes there were no choices and everyone was on LCK reserve until a base opened and appeared on the bid sheet.
There is a weekly bid sheet. You bid runs/base/equipment based on seniority like anywhere else.
It was a great job and had I been smarter, I would have stayed there instead of coming to the regionals.
