There are quite a few USAirways express flights in and out of MDT, but there are also other carriers as well. You are welcome to jumpseat on all of them including UPS and FEDEX.
That's the real benefit. Bases like SBY and EWN really don't have a whole lot of other carriers to try to commute on, if any.
Good luck at Piedmont. Just smile all the way through training and don't crash the sim and you'll be fine. After that, enjoy flying the DASH. . .it will be one of the best planes you'll ever fly.
Any idea where I can get the schedule on the UPS and FEDEX flights, when they takeoff and where they go? If I wanted to jump on one of those, I would just show up in the area they park and ask normally like w/ any other airline?
