You should finish school and then see how the industry is. In spite of current events, this isn't necessarily a bad time to get involved with flying if your sure it's what you want to do and you understand the sacrifices. That said, a solid fall back is really important. So, stick with med school and fly on the side if you can.
ATP is overpriced and getting all those ratings in 90 days doesn't seem prudent to me. If you change your mind, though, ATP will always be there, as will a flying career.
