it says minimum...it can be greater than 48/60...right? am i reading into this wrong?...it does not say reduced to 48/60..seems they can furlough a month after they announce it...thoughts?
I agree with BoyCaptain.

Section 4 2 b says reduced to minimum of 48. It doesn't say reduced to 48 specifically.

It also says this will be done "to prevent or Delay a furlough." It doesn't specify what will happen after a Furlough (should we actually get there).

Can Minimum Bid guarantees be adjusted back up to 68 or there abouts after a Furlough occurs? It is very vague.
