There was a lady working Sarajevo (Bosnia) approach that had this very dark, serious, sharp, eastern european tone in her voice... until you started being friendly to her on the radio. She immediately changed to a surprised, flattered, flirtatious tone and I was always left with the impression that I could get any thing (flight related) that I wanted.
