No no... I am just using a bodybuilder type diet and workout program. Carbs just sit around as fat for me. I am currently 235 @ 6'2" and working on cleaning up a little after a bulk. While bulking I was in the neighborhood of 4500cal/day but have cut out alot of the carbs and upped the cardio. Looking to settle around 220lbs and 9%bf (goal). Currently I am prob in the 15-17% range after bulking. I don't plan on competing but I do enjoy moving some weight. It is a bit difficult to get a workout in on a 4-day trip that is not simply bodyweight and cardio routines. Most places don't have "real" gyms although some hotels have "agreements" with local gyms and you can go for free which is sweet.
