They can create all the legislation they want, if the companies are off shore trading on the global market, say based in the UK, then this bill isn't worth the paper its written on. And whats worse is those who put it forward know it.
You mean to say our elected officials pass laws that actually do nothing in solving problems, say it aint so. The whole thing is FUBAR
