Cosmetically, a custom interior cost a lot more then the standard interior configuration. So, that will play a big roll in the price difference as well.

On a side note, for any or all of the airplane geeks out there...(which is a dumb statement to make on this site)...there is a pretty good special on the Discovery Channel about custom aircraft interiors. It's a pretty sweet deal...
