I actually didn't get anything more than the first aviationinterview to look at as I"m not a member... I know, I'm cheap!
Anyway, it was as that guy described... the written test is not a surprise anymore, but I had thought they weren't going to do it since they didn't spring it on me until the end... it was sort of tough with a lot of weather charts that I frankly haven't looked at in years..
I also feel I could have done A LOT better on the CP's interview where he asked quite a few technical questions on Jepps... I did ok on the Regs, and the climb performance stuff.. except I forgot the meaning of the "Other" column in the Jepp charts.... truth be told, everything I've flown over the past 4 years was either 3-engine or had serious climb power and we used runway analysis so I got rusty on that stuff.. I'd advise brushing up on the jepps.. I recently ordered a trip kit so I can get the "Introduction" section to get re-familiar with it.
I think your prior experience and personality weigh in much more than that though..
