I can only vouch for my kids- but I'm in agreement with the poster who said this generation is the "entitlement" generation. I have to constantly be on my kids about WORKING for what they want. I hear stories every day from them about friends/kids they know in school/etc where the parents are screwing up because they're giving their kids a free ride. No sense of responsibility or push to go EARN what you want.

Oh, and video games have numbed this generation. 25 year old men ignoring their children to play Halo. Sad.
