Purdue actually costs more for me, UND is about the same as erau. I chose to go to the school that I liked. In my view, you only live life once and I'd rather have fun doing it and do something I want to be doing, where I want to do it. Not going to the local dump of a school. And what gives you the right to say that I'm getting a "free ride" and that I'm "wasting" my parent's money? I got as many scholarships as I could. At least I'm lucky enough to have parents that let me do something that I want to do, and not just tell me to be a doctor or some such, you get my drift. I plan to pay them back eventually. I want them to have a good retirement because they have always helped me out so much. Who knows, maybe that plan will pan out and I have money to pay them back with or maybe it won't work out. But at least I'm not planning for it to be a "free ride."

Calm down guys. It's my life, not your's that we're talkign about here here.

Oh I wish someone would etch this post into a brass plaque and present it to him in 5 years. He could hang it in his studio apartment after he is done with his shift as a dish washer.
